Submission Guidelines

1. Background

The ISPAC conference aims to foster academic exchange and technological innovation in the field of rocketry. We cordially invite researchers, scholars, and industry experts worldwide to submit papers and share their latest research findings and practical experiences.

2. Submission Themes

We welcome original papers related to, but not limited to, the following themes:

  • Launch Missions:

    • Technical insights into rocket launches and full-system development.

  • Rocket Engine Technology:

    • Design, development, and testing of solid, liquid, and hybrid rocket engines.

  • Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC):

    • Rocket flight control systems, navigation technologies, and autonomous control algorithms.

  • Structures and Materials:

    • Rocket structural design, applications of novel materials, and performance evaluations.

  • Satellites and Space Exploration:

    • Launch-related technologies and challenges for small satellites or space exploration missions.

3. Submission Requirements
  • Paper Types: Full Papers (4-6 pages) and Short Papers (3-4 pages) are accepted.

  • Language: Papers must be written in English (abstract not exceeding 250 words).

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and free of plagiarism.

  • Format: Use the conference-provided paper template (Word format).

4. Submission Process
  • Submission Method: Papers must be uploaded in PDF format exclusively via the official conference submission system.

  • ​Please read the Submission Manual before proceeding submission.

  • Deadline: June 27, 2025 (23:59, Taipei Time). Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • Fees: Free.

5. Review Process
  • All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the ISPAC committee, with at least two domain experts evaluating each paper.

  • Review criteria include originality, technical quality, paper structure, and relevance to the conference themes.

  • Authors will be notified of review outcomes by July 12, 2025, with results categorized as Accept, Revision, or Reject.

6. Acceptance and Publication
  • Accepted papers will be included in the ISPAC conference proceedings.

  • ISPAC will not publicly distribute accepted papers, and copyright remains with the authors.

7. Oral Presentations and Poster Sessions
  • Accepted papers will be assigned to either Oral Presentations or Poster Sessions, determined by the organizing committee based on content and conference scheduling.

  • Oral presentations are approximately 15 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q&A). Posters must adhere to the conference-specified dimensions.

  • Poster size: 84.1cm (width) x 118.9cm (height), straight A0 size.

8. Important Dates
  • Paper Submission Opens: May 17, 2025

  • Paper Submission Deadline: June 27, 2025

  • Paper Submission Deadline (New): July 12, 2025

  • Review Outcome Notification: July 12, 2025

  • Final Manuscript Submission: July 31, 2025

  • Conference Date: August 23, 2025

By submitting your work to ISPAC 2025, you confirm that the submission is original, and does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.

By submitting, you agree to the following terms :
 

 

  1. The submission must not contain plagiarized content or violate intellectual property rights. The submitting author shall bear full legal responsibility if any violations occur.
     

  2. The organizers are authorized to display, or excerpt the submitted work in relation to ISPAC activities (including oral presentations, posters, website content, and conference materials), and may use it for archival or promotional purposes.
     

  3. If the submission includes co-authors, the submitting author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the submission.
     

  4. The organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that do not align with the goals or guidelines of the conference and holds the final interpretation and revision rights of all submission-related rules.
     

  5. ISPAC will not upload or distribute accepted papers on public platforms, including online or traditional media, and will use them solely for ISPAC event review purposes. Copyright remains with the authors.
