AEAS was founded to educate, one must be ready to enlighten others at all times.

AEAS Manager must be delegated practically complete control of his program in all aspects. He should report to his lead or higher.
逆熵經理必須被授予對其專案各個方面幾乎完全的控制權。他應該向他的領導或上級報告。
 

There must be only a minimal number of good people. The amount of personnel in a project must be restricted in an almost vicious manner. (10% to 25% compared to the so-called normal systems).
永遠只容許最低數量的菁英，專案團隊的人員數量必須以近乎惡毒的方式受到限制，只保留一般系統 10%–25% 的人手。
 

One Man Army (OMA) is a state of art in terms of being an engineer. People at AEAS are required to adapt to multiple disciplines and solve problems across different realms.

Keep a minimum number of reports required, but important work must be recorded thoroughly. 
保持最低數量的報告要求，但重要的工作必須徹底記錄。
 

One who cannot manufacture a part, doesn’t get the right to design it.
一個沒有能力掌握製造某項流程的人，沒有資格設計出需要那種流程製造出的零件。
 

Ways must be provided by the AEAS Manager to reward good performance
逆熵經理對於良好的表現必須提供相應的獎勵。
 

A very simple drawing and drawing release system with great flexibility for making changes must be provided.
必須建立一套極簡且高度彈性的圖紙及釋出系統，方便快速變更。
 

There must be a monthly cost review covering not only what has been spent and committed but also projected costs to the conclusion of the program.
每月必須進行成本審查，涵蓋已支出、已承諾及預估至專案結束的全部成本。
 

AEAS Manager must minimize systematic entropy within projects. Take every step carefully—it is easier to prevent disorder than to eliminate it once it exists. Kill the chaos in their bed before they develop into real problems.
逆熵經理應將專案中的系統熵降至最低—預防混亂遠比事後清除容易；必須將混亂扼殺於搖籃中。
 

The truth hurts, and no one should be punished for speaking the truth, even if it means hurting others.
