Manuscript Submission Process
1.Register or Log In

Go to the ISPAC’s official website.

Create an account or log in using your existing credentials.
2.Read the Author Guidelines

Carefully review the submission instructions provided by the ISPAC.

Pay attention to formatting, length limits, citation style, figure requirements, and originality policies.
3.Prepare Required Documents

Main Manuscript:core literature or primary data

Figures and Tables: May be submitted separately in high-resolution formats.

Supplementary Materials: Such as ethical approvals, consent forms, or conflict-of-interest declarations, if required.
4.Fill Out the Submission Form

Enter the manuscript title, abstract, and keywords.

Add author details and designate the corresponding author.
5.Upload Your Files

Upload all required documents, ensuring they meet the ISPAC’s technical requirements.
6.Submit the Manuscript

Click the “Submit” button.
You will receive a confirmation email, and the submission will enter the review system.

By submitting your work to ISPAC 2025, you confirm that the submission is original, has not been published or submitted elsewhere, and does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.
By submitting, you agree to the following terms :

The submission must not contain plagiarized content or violate intellectual property rights. The submitting author shall bear full legal responsibility if any violations occur.

The organizers are authorized to display, excerpt, or publish the submitted work in relation to ISPAC activities (including oral presentations, posters, website content, and conference materials), and may use it for archival or promotional purposes.

If the submission includes co-authors, the submitting author confirms that all co-authors have agreed to the submission.

The organizer reserves the right to reject submissions that do not align with the goals or guidelines of the conference and holds the final interpretation and revision rights of all submission-related rules.
